BIO

  David Renaud is an Ottawa-based clarinet player and multi-instrumentalist with over four decades of

professional performance experience. An active freelance musician, he is a regular performer

with National Arts Centre Pops concerts, pit orchestras, symphonic ensembles, and has worked  with acclaimed artists across genres. Renaud has released jazz albums including  "First Love" & "Encore",  collaborating with Canadian jazz veteran Brian Browne, and his most recent album "Journey" collaberating with Steve Boudreau.  Dave serves as the clarinet professor at Carleton University’s Music Department.
